Web-Based Instruction, Individual Differences, System Features. Abstract: In this paper, we describe and propose a web based instruction (WBI) program. The purposes of this research were to develop the Web-Based Instruction model using Social Media Application to enhance Knowledge Management skills. concerning the faculty's participation in developing and teaching Web-based courses may lead to improvement in status of web-based instruction (WBI).
